INTRODUCTION
The Fire-Spout-maxi is a portable campfire and base camp cooking stove. It has to be seen to be believed, the temperature can be controlled
so you can be boiling on one part and simmering on another, this does take practice.
It is a one-piece collapsible wood burning camp stove for use at the base camp, or for a group of backpackers,
it will give a roaring fire a few minutes of striking a match. It uses much less wood than the open type campfire. Use the fire-dampers supplied
and it will not be effected by windy conditions but cooking may take longer. Let the fire die
you will have an large bed of coals which make an excellent B-B-Q.

Fire-Spout-mAXI can be folded or un-folded in a second.
Dimensions are nominally :-
Folded 305mm X 167mm X 10mm. UN-folded 305mm X 260mm X 167mm
Weight 1,400grams Note :- 30grams= 1oz, 25mm= 1inch
Clear an area of about 600mm sq. of ignitable material
and as far as practicable make the area level. Position the Fire-Spout so the wind blows
into the air intakes.
Once the fire is established a litre of boiling water
is a few minutes away.
The Fire-Spout-maxi will-:
Burn damp wood, but ensure that the fire is well
established, you can dry wood by resting it on the outer
casing.
